Cheese Balls with Three Ingredients
Ingredients
- 1200 g shredded mozzarella cheese(200g)
- 21 egg(50g)
- 33 tablespoon cornstarch(24g)
- 4500 ml oil for frying(460g)
Instructions
- 1Place the shredded mozzarella cheese in a bowl.
- 2Add the egg and cornstarch to the bowl.
- 3Mix all ingredients well until a dough forms.
- 4Shape the mixture into small balls.
- 5Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
- 6Fry the cheese balls in batches until golden brown.
- 7Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 8Serve hot.
