- 11 croissant dough(60g)
- 21 tablespoon sugar(12g)
- 31 tablespoon butter(14g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2Roll out the croissant dough and cut into triangles.
- 3Sprinkle sugar over the dough.
- 4Place a small piece of butter on each triangle.
- 5Roll up the dough from the wide end to form croissants.
- 6Place croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 7Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- 8Let cool slightly before serving.
