  • 81 cup milk (filling)(240g)
  • 93 egg yolks(54g)
  • 100.25 cup sugar (filling)(50g)

Instructions

  1. 1Mix flour, sugar, yeast, salt, eggs, milk, and butter to make the dough. Knead well and let rise until doubled in size.
  2. 2Shape the dough into donut rounds and fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
  3. 3Prepare the filling by whisking milk, egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thickened, then cool.
