Chicken, Spinach & Feta Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1300 g chicken(300g)
- 2100 g spinach(100g)
- 350 g feta cheese(50g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2Finely chop spinach and crumble feta cheese.
- 3Mix ground chicken, spinach, and feta cheese in a bowl.
- 4Form mixture into small meatballs and place on a baking tray.
- 5Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- 6Serve with fresh spinach and extra feta cheese if desired.
