- 13 egg(150g)
- 20.5 teaspoon Italian herbs(1g)
- 32 tablespoon cheese(16g)
- 40.25 teaspoon salt(1.5g)
- 50.13 teaspoon pepper(0.5g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
- 2Separate the egg whites from the yolks, keeping the yolks whole and set aside.
- 3Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- 4Spoon the whipped egg whites onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming 2-3 cloud shapes.
- 5Make a small well in the center of each cloud.
- 6Bake the egg white clouds for 6 minutes.
- 7Carefully place one egg yolk into each well.
- 8Sprinkle with Italian herbs, salt, pepper, and cheese.
- 9Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the yolks are cooked to your liking.
- 10Serve immediately.
