Ingredients

  • 13 egg(150g)
  • 20.5 teaspoon Italian herbs(1g)
  • 32 tablespoon cheese(16g)
  • 40.25 teaspoon salt(1.5g)
  • 50.13 teaspoon pepper(0.5g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. 2Separate the egg whites from the yolks, keeping the yolks whole and set aside.
  3. 3Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. 4Spoon the whipped egg whites onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming 2-3 cloud shapes.
  5. 5Make a small well in the center of each cloud.
  6. 6Bake the egg white clouds for 6 minutes.
  7. 7Carefully place one egg yolk into each well.
  8. 8Sprinkle with Italian herbs, salt, pepper, and cheese.
  9. 9Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the yolks are cooked to your liking.
  10. 10Serve immediately.
