Ingredients

  • 12 burger buns(120g)
  • 21 capsicum (bell pepper), sliced(120g)
  • 30.5 onion, sliced(50g)
  • 42 cheese slice(40g)
  • 52 lettuce leaves(20g)
  • 60.5 tomato, sliced(30g)
  • 72 tablespoon mayonnaise(30g)
  • 81 tablespoon olive oil(13g)

Instructions

  1. 1Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2Add sliced capsicum and onion, sauté until soft. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3Slice the burger buns and toast them lightly.
  4. 4Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun.
  5. 5Layer lettuce, sautéed capsicum and onion, tomato slices, and cheese on the buns.
