- 12 burger buns(120g)
- 21 capsicum (bell pepper), sliced(120g)
- 30.5 onion, sliced(50g)
- 42 cheese slice(40g)
- 52 lettuce leaves(20g)
- 60.5 tomato, sliced(30g)
- 72 tablespoon mayonnaise(30g)
- 81 tablespoon olive oil(13g)
- 90.25 teaspoon salt(1.5g)
- 100.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.5g)
Instructions
- 1Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 2Add sliced capsicum and onion, sauté until soft. Season with salt and black pepper.
- 3Slice the burger buns and toast them lightly.
- 4Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun.
- 5Layer lettuce, sautéed capsicum and onion, tomato slices, and cheese on the buns.
- 6Cover with the top half of the buns.
- 7Serve immediately.
