Ingredients

  • 20.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder(50g)
  • 30.5 teaspoon baking soda(2g)
  • 40.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
  • 50.5 cup unsalted butter(115g)
  • 60.5 cup light brown sugar(100g)
  • 70.25 cup white sugar(50g)
  • 81 egg(50g)
  • 92 teaspoon vanilla extract(8g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2In a bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. 3In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugars on medium speed until very light and fluffy.
