Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 11.5 cup flour(180g)
- 20.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder(50g)
- 30.5 teaspoon baking soda(2g)
- 40.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 50.5 cup unsalted butter(115g)
- 60.5 cup light brown sugar(100g)
- 70.25 cup white sugar(50g)
- 81 egg(50g)
- 92 teaspoon vanilla extract(8g)
- 101 cup semisweet chocolate chips(170g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2In a bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- 3In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugars on medium speed until very light and fluffy.
- 4Add egg and vanilla and beat until well combined.
- 5Slowly add the flour mixture, mixing just until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- 6Scoop balls of dough onto the cookie sheet.
- 7Bake for 10 minutes or until cookie edges are firm.
- 8Let cool and enjoy!
