Ingredients

  • 14 cup all-purpose flour(500g)
  • 210 ounce warm water(295g)
  • 32 tablespoon vegetable oil(28g)
  • 43 tablespoon sugar(38g)
  • 51 teaspoon salt(6g)
  • 61 tablespoon active dry yeast(9g)
  • 73 tablespoon garlic butter(42g)
  • 81.5 cup mozzarella cheese(170g)
  • 91 tablespoon basil(2g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, sugar, salt, and vegetable oil. Mix well.
  2. 2Gradually add the flour and mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 3-4 minutes until smooth.
  4. 4Divide the dough in half. Use one half for the bread and reserve the other half for another use.

  8. 8Cut the dough into strips, stack the strips, and cut again into smaller pieces.
