Dairy-Free Pineapple Mandarin Sorbet
Ingredients
- 11 can canned pineapple(560g)
- 21 can canned mandarin oranges(312g)
- 31 can coconut milk(400g)
- 41 tablespoon milk of choice(15g)
Instructions
- 1Open the can of pineapple and can of mandarin oranges. Drain the juice from both cans and reserve.
- 2Fill 1/3 of your Ninja Creami pint container with coconut milk.
- 3Fill another 1/3 of the container with the reserved juice from the pineapple and mandarin orange cans.
- 4Fill the final 1/3 of the container with the pineapple and mandarin orange fruit pieces.
- 5Freeze the container for 24 hours.
- 6After freezing, spin the mixture in the Ninja Creami on the lite ice cream setting.
- 7Add 1 tablespoon of your preferred milk and respin.
- 8Serve and enjoy!
