Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 2Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  3. 3Mix in the egg yolks until well combined.
  4. 4Sift in the cocoa powder and whisk to combine.
  5. 5Add the vanilla extract and mix.
  6. 6Sift in the flour and mix again until just combined.
  7. 7In a separate bowl, season the egg whites with salt and add lemon juice.
