Ingredients

  • 11 cup milk(240g)
  • 22 clove(2g)
  • 31 cinnamon stick(5g)
  • 42 can evaporated milk(710g)
  • 51 can coconut milk(400g)
  • 61 bar butter(113g)
  • 71 teaspoon vanilla extract(5g)
  • 80.5 cup brown sugar(100g)
  • 90.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
  • 100.75 cup raisins(120g)
  • 112 cup corn flour (pre-soaked)(240g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2In a large pot, add 1 cup of milk, cloves, and cinnamon stick. Bring to a gentle boil for a few minutes.
  3. 3Add evaporated milk, coconut milk, and butter. Stir until the butter melts completely over medium heat.
  4. 4Add vanilla extract, brown sugar, and salt. Stir to combine.
  5. 5Add raisins and pre-soaked corn flour. Mix well until smooth and combined.
  6. 6Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.
