Ingredients

  • 14 rice cakes(52g)
  • 21 cup brewed coffee(240g)
  • 38 tablespoon vanilla Greek yoghurt(120g)
  • 41 scoop protein powder(30g)
  • 51 tablespoon maple syrup(20g)
  • 61 teaspoon cocoa powder(2g)

Instructions

  1. 1Brew 1 cup of coffee and let it cool slightly.
  2. 2Dip each rice cake briefly into the coffee to moisten.
  3. 3In a bowl, mix the Greek yoghurt, protein powder, and maple syrup until smooth.
  4. 4Layer the soaked rice cakes on a plate.
  5. 5Spread the yoghurt mixture evenly over the rice cakes.
  6. 6Dust the top with cocoa powder.
  7. 7Serve immediately or chill for a few minutes for a firmer texture.
