- 14 rice cakes(52g)
- 21 cup brewed coffee(240g)
- 38 tablespoon vanilla Greek yoghurt(120g)
- 41 scoop protein powder(30g)
- 51 tablespoon maple syrup(20g)
- 61 teaspoon cocoa powder(2g)
Instructions
- 1Brew 1 cup of coffee and let it cool slightly.
- 2Dip each rice cake briefly into the coffee to moisten.
- 3In a bowl, mix the Greek yoghurt, protein powder, and maple syrup until smooth.
- 4Layer the soaked rice cakes on a plate.
- 5Spread the yoghurt mixture evenly over the rice cakes.
- 6Dust the top with cocoa powder.
- 7Serve immediately or chill for a few minutes for a firmer texture.
