Ingredients

  • 11 sheet White melamine board(18000g)
  • 220 piece Screws(200g)
  • 31 tube Silicone sealant(300g)
  • 41 Thermostat(150g)
  • 52 Thermometer(100g)
  • 62 Heating pads(400g)
  • 71 roll Tape(50g)
  • 81 bowl Hot water(1000g)

Instructions

  1. 1Purchase a white melamine board (3/4 inch thick) and have it cut to size.
  2. 2Mark where the tray supports will be placed, leaving 4 inches between each.
  3. 3Assemble the box using screws.
  4. 4Drill holes for the tray supports.
  5. 5Install the supports and loosely screw them in.
  6. 6Apply silicone sealant to all joints and exposed wood, then tighten the screws.
  7. 7Drill holes for the thermometer and thermostat, and install them with silicone.
  8. 8Place heating pads and a thermometer at the bottom.
  9. 9Seal the door with tape to prevent heat loss.
  10. 10Place a bowl of hot water at the bottom to help maintain temperature.
  11. 11Set the thermostat to the desired fermentation temperature.
  12. 12Check regularly and add more hot water if needed to maintain heat.
