Copycat Little Debbie Valentine Cakes
Ingredients
- 12 cup Cake flour(240g)
- 21.5 cup Sugar(300g)
- 30.5 cup Butter(115g)
- 43 Eggs(150g)
- 51 cup Milk(240g)
- 62 teaspoon Vanilla extract(8g)
- 72 teaspoon Baking powder(8g)
- 80.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)
- 90.5 teaspoon Pink food coloring(2g)
- 101 cup Whipped cream(240g)
- 111 cup Powdered sugar(120g)
- 120.5 cup White chocolate(85g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- 3Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- 4Stir in vanilla extract and pink food coloring.
- 5In a separate bowl, whisk together cake flour, baking powder, and salt.
- 6Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, alternating with milk.
- 7Pour batter into a lined baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- 8Let cake cool completely, then cut into heart shapes.
- 9Prepare whipped cream by beating together whipped cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- 10Spread whipped cream between two heart-shaped cake pieces to make a sandwich.
- 11Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the cakes for decoration.
