High Protein Taco Salad Bowl
Ingredients
- 12 cup lettuce(100g)
- 21 cup ground turkey(140g)
- 31 tablespoon taco seasoning (low sodium)(7g)
- 40.33 cup cheese, shredded(35g)
- 50.5 cup pico de gallo(75g)
- 60.5 avocado(75g)
- 70.25 cup fresh cilantro(4g)
- 81 bag protein chips (taco flavor)(32g)
- 91 tablespoon cilantro lime sauce(15g)
- 101 tablespoon Taco Bell hot sauce(15g)
- 110.5 lime(30g)
Instructions
- 1Wash and chop the lettuce. Place it in a large bowl.
- 2Cook the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Add taco seasoning and mix well.
- 3Add the cooked ground turkey on top of the lettuce.
- 4Sprinkle shredded cheese over the turkey.
- 5Add pico de gallo and sliced avocado.
- 6Chop fresh cilantro and sprinkle over the salad.
- 7Open the bag of protein chips and crush them lightly. Add them to the bowl.
- 8Drizzle cilantro lime sauce and Taco Bell hot sauce over the salad.
- 9Squeeze fresh lime juice over everything.
- 10Toss the salad gently to combine all ingredients. Serve immediately.
