Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. 2In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. 3Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. 4In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
