Instructions
- 1In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- 2In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
- 3Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- 4In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
- 5Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
- 6Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet.
- 7Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture in a swirl pattern on each pancake.
- 8Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- 9For the glaze, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
- 10Drizzle glaze over warm pancakes and serve.
