Ingredients
- 12 slice Sourdough bread(80g)
- 21 tablespoon Mustard(15g)
- 30.25 piece Cucumber(35g)
- 40.5 piece Avocado(70g)
- 50.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes(1g)
- 63 slice Turkey slices(60g)
- 70.25 cup Sprouts(15g)
- 82 tablespoon Parmesan cheese(10g)
Instructions
- 1Lay out two slices of sourdough bread.
- 2Spread mustard evenly on one or both slices.
- 3Slice cucumber and avocado.
- 4Layer turkey slices on one slice of bread.
- 5Add sliced cucumber and avocado on top of the turkey.
- 6Sprinkle red pepper flakes over the vegetables (optional).
- 7Add sprouts and sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
- 8Top with the second slice of bread.
- 9Slice sandwich in half and serve.
