Ingredients

  • 12 slice Sourdough bread(80g)
  • 21 tablespoon Mustard(15g)
  • 30.25 piece Cucumber(35g)
  • 40.5 piece Avocado(70g)
  • 50.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes(1g)
  • 63 slice Turkey slices(60g)
  • 70.25 cup Sprouts(15g)
  • 82 tablespoon Parmesan cheese(10g)

Instructions

  1. 1Lay out two slices of sourdough bread.
  2. 2Spread mustard evenly on one or both slices.
  3. 3Slice cucumber and avocado.
  4. 4Layer turkey slices on one slice of bread.
  5. 5Add sliced cucumber and avocado on top of the turkey.
  6. 6Sprinkle red pepper flakes over the vegetables (optional).
  7. 7Add sprouts and sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
  8. 8Top with the second slice of bread.
  9. 9Slice sandwich in half and serve.
