  • 145 g sesame seeds(5g)
  • 1510 g fresh chives(10g)
  • 1660 g ranch dressing (optional dip)(60g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F) or oven to the same temperature.
  2. 2In a medium bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3Set up a breading station with three bowls: flour mixture, beaten eggs, and Panko breadcrumbs.
  4. 4Dredge each chicken strip in the flour, dip into the egg wash, and then press firmly into the Panko until fully coated.
  5. 5Place the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray lightly with oil.
  6. 6Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
  7. 7While the chicken cooks, whisk together the honey, hot sauce, melted butter, chili flakes, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
  8. 8Once the chicken is done, place the hot tenders in a large mixing bowl and pour the hot honey glaze over them.
  9. 9Gently toss the tenders until every piece is thoroughly and evenly coated in the sticky sauce.
  10. 10Arrange on a platter and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped chives before serving immediately.
