- 13 pound ground beef (80/20)(1360g)
- 22 yellow onion(300g)
- 32 jalapeño pepper(30g)
- 41 red bell pepper(120g)
- 50.5 cup parsley, chopped(15g)
- 62 teaspoon salt(12g)
- 71 teaspoon ground black pepper(2g)
- 82 tablespoon butter(28g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 2Grate the yellow onions onto a cheesecloth. Squeeze out the excess juice and add the grated onion to the ground beef.
- 3Finely chop the jalapeño peppers and red bell pepper (with seeds). Add to the beef mixture.
- 4Add the chopped parsley, salt, and ground black pepper to the mixture.
- 5Mix everything together thoroughly by hand until well combined.
- 6Melt the butter in an oven dish.
- 7Flatten the meat mixture evenly into the buttered oven dish.
- 8Use a spoon to create lines on the surface to mimic kebab texture.
- 9Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
- 10Serve hot, optionally with roasted tomatoes, rice, raw egg yolk, or flatbread.
