Instructions
- 1Peel and clean the shrimp.
- 2Chop the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and cilantro.
- 3Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 4Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until soft.
- 5Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
- 6Pour in the coconut milk and stir.
- 7Season with salt and black pepper.
