Creamy Mushroom Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 14 pork chops(800g)
- 21 teaspoon paprika(2.3g)
- 31 teaspoon garlic powder(3g)
- 41 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 50.5 teaspoon black pepper(1.2g)
- 62 tablespoon butter(28g)
- 72 tablespoon olive oil(27g)
- 81 cup brown mushrooms(70g)
- 95 garlic cloves(15g)
- 101 teaspoon Italian seasoning(2g)
- 111.5 cup heavy cream(360g)
- 120.5 cup chicken broth(125g)
- 131 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley(4g)
Instructions
- 1Combine paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- 2Pat the pork chops dry and season generously with the spice mix.
- 3Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until the butter is melted.
- 4Cook pork chops for 3-5 minutes per side until well browned. Transfer to a warm plate and set aside.
- 5In the same skillet, add mushrooms and stir-fry until golden brown, scraping up any bits left from the chops.
- 6Add garlic, parsley, and Italian seasoning; stir-fry for another 30 seconds.
- 7Pour in chicken broth, then add heavy cream. Stir well and let simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- 8Place pork chops back into the sauce and allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
- 9Garnish with remaining parsley and serve immediately.
