Two-Ingredient Chocolate Apple Mousse Cake
Ingredients
- 12 cooked apple(300g)
- 2100 g dark chocolate(100g)
Instructions
- 1Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or over a double boiler.
- 2Blend cooked apples until smooth.
- 3Add melted dark chocolate to the apple puree and blend until fully combined.
- 4Pour the mixture into a mold.
- 5Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- 6Slice and serve chilled.
