Instructions

  1. 1Marinate the Steak: In a bowl, toss steak cubes with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Let marinate at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2Cook the Steak: Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high. Cook steak cubes 3–4 minutes per side until nicely seared and cooked to desired doneness.
