Cozy Sunday Baked Pot Stickers with Coconut Curry Sauce

- 11 can canned coconut milk(400g)
- 22 tablespoon red curry paste(30g)
- 32 clove garlic, minced(6g)
- 40.25 cup soy sauce(60g)
- 50.5 cup cilantro or bok choy(15g)
- 616 frozen pot stickers(400g)
- 70.25 cup green onion(15g)
- 82 tablespoon chili crunch(30g)
- 91 tablespoon sesame seeds(9g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2In a bowl, whisk together the canned coconut milk, red curry paste, minced garlic, and soy sauce until well combined.
- 3Place frozen pot stickers in a baking dish.
- 4Pour the coconut curry sauce over the pot stickers.
- 5Add cilantro or bok choy around the pot stickers.
- 6Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
- 7Remove from oven and top with green onion, chili crunch, and sesame seeds.
- 8Serve hot and enjoy.
