Homemade Quadrucci in Broth with Meatballs
Ingredients
- 11 cup Quadrucci pasta(120g)
- 24 cup Chicken or beef broth(960g)
- 3200 g Ground beef(200g)
- 41 Egg(50g)
- 50.25 cup Breadcrumbs(30g)
- 60.25 cup Parmesan cheese(25g)
- 71 teaspoon Salt(6g)
- 80.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
- 92 tablespoon Parsley(8g)
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
- 2Mix well and form small meatballs.
- 3Bring the broth to a boil in a large pot.
- 4Add the meatballs to the boiling broth and cook for 10 minutes.
- 5Add the quadrucci pasta and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- 6Serve hot.
