Ingredients

  • 12 Green apple(300g)
  • 21 Red apple(150g)
  • 34 cup Shredded cabbage(280g)
  • 41 Carrot(60g)
  • 52 Green onion(30g)
  • 60.5 cup Mayonnaise(120g)
  • 72 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar(30g)
  • 81 tablespoon Honey(21g)
  • 90.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)
  • 100.25 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)

Instructions

  1. 1Core and thinly slice the green and red apples.
  2. 2Shred the cabbage and carrot.
  3. 3Thinly slice the green onions.
  4. 4In a large bowl, combine apples, cabbage, carrot, and green onions.
  5. 5In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  6. 6Pour the dressing over the apple and vegetable mixture.
