Chocolate Dipped Marshmallow Squares

Ingredients

• 11 tablespoon gelatin(9g)
• 20.5 cup cold water(120g)
• 32 cup sugar(400g)
• 40.5 cup hot water(120g)

Instructions

1. 1Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
2. 2Boil sugar and hot water to 240°F.
3. 3Pour over gelatin and beat until thick.
4. 4Pour into pan, set, cut, dip in chocolate.
