Ingredients

  • 11 lb Chicken thighs(454g)
  • 22 tablespoon Honey(42g)
  • 32 tablespoon Chipotles in Adobo(30g)
  • 42 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
  • 51 teaspoon Garlic powder(3g)
  • 61 teaspoon Onion powder(3g)
  • 71 teaspoon Paprika(2g)
  • 81 teaspoon Chili powder(2g)
  • 90.5 teaspoon Oregano(1g)
  • 100.5 teaspoon Cracked black pepper(1g)
  • 111 teaspoon Salt(6g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine chicken thighs with honey, chipotles in adobo, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
  2. 2Mix well to coat the chicken. If time allows, marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a few tablespoons of oil.
  4. 4Sear the chicken on both sides until cooked through and browned, about 6-8 minutes per side.
