Ingredients

  • 1140 g Self raising flour(140g)
  • 21 tablespoon Caster sugar(12g)
  • 31 teaspoon Baking powder(4g)
  • 42 Large eggs(100g)
  • 520 g Unsalted butter, melted(20g)
  • 6115 ml Milk (any), room temp(115g)
  • 718 teaspoon Nutella(108g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, mix together the self raising flour, caster sugar, and baking powder.
  2. 2Make a well in the center and add the eggs, melted butter, and milk.
  3. 3Whisk until a smooth batter forms.
  4. 4Heat a non-stick pan over low heat.
  5. 5Spoon small amounts of batter onto the pan to form mini pancakes.
  6. 6Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden.
  7. 7Remove pancakes from the pan and let cool slightly.
  8. 8Spread 1 teaspoon of Nutella on half of the pancakes.
  9. 9Top each with another pancake to make sandwiches.
