- 23 eggs(150g)
- 32 tablespoon olive oil(27g)
- 41 teaspoon salt(5g)
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, mix the wheat flour and eggs until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- 2Add the olive oil and salt.
- 3Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. The dough is ready when you press it with your finger and it springs back.
- 4Wrap the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 5Roll out the dough using a pasta machine or rolling pin to desired thickness.
