  • 1300 g wheat flour(300g)
  • 23 eggs(150g)
  • 32 tablespoon olive oil(27g)
  • 41 teaspoon salt(5g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, mix the wheat flour and eggs until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. 2Add the olive oil and salt.
  3. 3Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. The dough is ready when you press it with your finger and it springs back.
  4. 4Wrap the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. 5Roll out the dough using a pasta machine or rolling pin to desired thickness.
