  • 46 oz Velveeta cheese(170g)
  • 50.5 teaspoon garlic powder(1.5g)
  • 60.5 teaspoon onion powder(1.5g)
  • 71 teaspoon Italian seasoning(2g)
  • 80.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes(0.5g)

  • 100.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.5g)
  • 112 teaspoon olive oil(9g)

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. 3Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
  4. 4Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
