Creamy Italian Beef Rotini with Velveeta Marinara Sauce

- 18 oz rotini pasta(227g)
- 20.75 lb ground beef(340g)
- 316 oz marinara sauce(454g)
- 46 oz Velveeta cheese(170g)
- 50.5 teaspoon garlic powder(1.5g)
- 60.5 teaspoon onion powder(1.5g)
- 71 teaspoon Italian seasoning(2g)
- 80.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes(0.5g)
- 90.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 100.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.5g)
- 112 teaspoon olive oil(9g)
- 120.75 cup shredded mozzarella cheese(84g)
- 132 tablespoon chopped parsley or basil(6g)
Instructions
- 1Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- 3Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
- 4Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- 5Add marinara sauce and Velveeta cheese cubes to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
- 6Add the cooked rotini pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- 7If using, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top and cover until melted.
- 8Garnish with chopped parsley or basil before serving.
