Ingredients

  • 1400 g Chicken tenders(400g)
  • 21 teaspoon Paprika(2g)
  • 31 teaspoon Garlic powder(3g)
  • 40.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)
  • 50.25 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
  • 62 Eggs(100g)
  • 72 cup Corn flakes(60g)
  • 82 tablespoon Soy sauce(30g)
  • 92 tablespoon Yakitori sauce(30g)
  • 101 teaspoon Chili paste or sriracha(6g)
  • 111 tablespoon Honey(21g)

Instructions

  1. 1Season the chicken tenders with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. 2In one plate, beat the eggs. In another plate, crush the corn flakes.
  3. 3Dip each chicken tender first in the beaten egg, then in the crushed corn flakes. Repeat the process (egg then corn flakes) for a thicker coating.
  4. 4Place the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket.
  5. 5Cook in the air fryer at 180°C (356°F) for 12 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
  6. 6While the chicken cooks, prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, yakitori sauce, chili paste or sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
  7. 7Once the tenders are cooked, brush or drizzle the sauce over them before serving.
