Ultra Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Tenders with Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 1400 g Chicken tenders(400g)
- 21 teaspoon Paprika(2g)
- 31 teaspoon Garlic powder(3g)
- 40.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)
- 50.25 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
- 62 Eggs(100g)
- 72 cup Corn flakes(60g)
- 82 tablespoon Soy sauce(30g)
- 92 tablespoon Yakitori sauce(30g)
- 101 teaspoon Chili paste or sriracha(6g)
- 111 tablespoon Honey(21g)
Instructions
- 1Season the chicken tenders with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- 2In one plate, beat the eggs. In another plate, crush the corn flakes.
- 3Dip each chicken tender first in the beaten egg, then in the crushed corn flakes. Repeat the process (egg then corn flakes) for a thicker coating.
- 4Place the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket.
- 5Cook in the air fryer at 180°C (356°F) for 12 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
- 6While the chicken cooks, prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, yakitori sauce, chili paste or sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
- 7Once the tenders are cooked, brush or drizzle the sauce over them before serving.
