Chicken Ramen Noodle Jars
Ingredients
- 12 tablespoon chicken or vegetable bouillon(20g)
- 21 teaspoon chili crunch oil(5g)
- 31 tablespoon miso paste(18g)
- 41 tablespoon soy sauce(15g)
- 51 teaspoon sesame oil(4.5g)
- 62 teaspoon minced garlic(6g)
- 70.5 cup baby bok choy(35g)
- 80.25 cup shredded carrots(30g)
- 90.25 cup sliced mushrooms(20g)
- 100.5 cup diced rotisserie chicken(70g)
- 112 tablespoon sliced green onions(8g)
- 121 package instant ramen noodles(85g)
Instructions
- 1Add bouillon, chili crunch oil, miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic to the bottom of a large jar or heatproof container. Mix well.
- 2Layer in baby bok choy, shredded carrots, sliced mushrooms, diced rotisserie chicken, and sliced green onions.
- 3Top with instant ramen noodles.
- 4When ready to eat, pour boiling water into the jar until noodles and ingredients are covered.
- 5Let sit for 4-5 minutes or until noodles are cooked and vegetables are tender.
- 6Stir well to combine all ingredients before eating.
