Ingredients

  • 12 tablespoon chicken or vegetable bouillon(20g)
  • 21 teaspoon chili crunch oil(5g)
  • 31 tablespoon miso paste(18g)
  • 41 tablespoon soy sauce(15g)
  • 51 teaspoon sesame oil(4.5g)
  • 62 teaspoon minced garlic(6g)
  • 70.5 cup baby bok choy(35g)
  • 80.25 cup shredded carrots(30g)
  • 90.25 cup sliced mushrooms(20g)
  • 100.5 cup diced rotisserie chicken(70g)
  • 112 tablespoon sliced green onions(8g)
  • 121 package instant ramen noodles(85g)

Instructions

  1. 1Add bouillon, chili crunch oil, miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic to the bottom of a large jar or heatproof container. Mix well.
  2. 2Layer in baby bok choy, shredded carrots, sliced mushrooms, diced rotisserie chicken, and sliced green onions.
  3. 3Top with instant ramen noodles.
  4. 4When ready to eat, pour boiling water into the jar until noodles and ingredients are covered.
  5. 5Let sit for 4-5 minutes or until noodles are cooked and vegetables are tender.
  6. 6Stir well to combine all ingredients before eating.
