Ingredients

  • 10.5 cup peanut butter(130g)
  • 24 tablespoon unsalted butter (softened)(56g)
  • 31.5 cup powdered sugar(180g)
  • 41 teaspoon vanilla extract(4g)
  • 52 cup milk chocolate(340g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and softened unsalted butter.
  2. 2Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl.
  3. 3Mix until the mixture is fully combined and forms a dough.
  4. 4Take a portion of the dough and shape it into an egg shape, flattening to your desired thickness.
  5. 5Place shaped eggs on a pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. 6Repeat with the remaining dough.
  7. 7Freeze the shaped eggs for about 2 hours until firm.
  8. 8Melt the milk chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  9. 9Dip each frozen peanut butter egg into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  10. 10Place dipped eggs back on the parchment-lined pan.
  11. 11Optional: Drizzle extra chocolate on top for decoration.
  12. 12Freeze the eggs for another 10 minutes to set the chocolate.
  13. 13Once set, remove from freezer and enjoy.
