Ingredients

  • 11 pound ground beef(450g)
  • 23 cloves garlic(9g)
  • 30.5 cup parmesan cheese(50g)
  • 44 oz cream cheese(113g)
  • 50.5 cup bread crumbs(55g)
  • 61 tsp salt(6g)
  • 70.5 tsp black pepper(1.5g)
  • 80.5 tsp onion powder(1.5g)
  • 94 slices cheddar cheese(112g)
  • 104 slices bacon(128g)
  • 111 cup spinach(30g)
  • 122 tbsp butter(28g)
  • 136 pieces slider buns(360g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic, parmesan, cream cheese, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and onion powder until just combined.
  3. 3Shape mixture into six equal patties. Place a slice of cheddar in the center of each, optionally add a small amount of spinach.
  4. 4Wrap each filled patty with a slice of bacon and seal edges.
  5. 5Melt butter and brush over the outside of each bomb; place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  6. 6Bake for 15-20 minutes until bacon is crispy and cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. 7Slice each bomb in half and place on slider buns. Serve warm.
