Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
Ingredients
- 11 pound ground beef(450g)
- 23 cloves garlic(9g)
- 30.5 cup parmesan cheese(50g)
- 44 oz cream cheese(113g)
- 50.5 cup bread crumbs(55g)
- 61 tsp salt(6g)
- 70.5 tsp black pepper(1.5g)
- 80.5 tsp onion powder(1.5g)
- 94 slices cheddar cheese(112g)
- 104 slices bacon(128g)
- 111 cup spinach(30g)
- 122 tbsp butter(28g)
- 136 pieces slider buns(360g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic, parmesan, cream cheese, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and onion powder until just combined.
- 3Shape mixture into six equal patties. Place a slice of cheddar in the center of each, optionally add a small amount of spinach.
- 4Wrap each filled patty with a slice of bacon and seal edges.
- 5Melt butter and brush over the outside of each bomb; place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- 6Bake for 15-20 minutes until bacon is crispy and cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- 7Slice each bomb in half and place on slider buns. Serve warm.
