Instructions
- 1Slice the heirloom tomatoes into thick slices and arrange them on a serving platter.
- 2Place the burrata cheese in the center of the platter.
- 3Scatter fresh basil leaves over the tomatoes and burrata.
- 4Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad.
- 5Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste.
