Ingredients

  • 12 piece Chicken breast(300g)
  • 22 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
  • 31 teaspoon Salt(6g)
  • 40.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
  • 52 clove Garlic(6g)
  • 61 tablespoon Lemon juice(15g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. 4Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. 5Drizzle lemon juice over the chicken and cook for another minute.
  6. 6Serve hot.
