Ingredients

  • 12 tomato(300g)
  • 210 basil leaves(5g)
  • 30.5 Spanish onion(60g)
  • 44 slice bread (sliced, rustic or sourdough)(160g)
  • 52 garlic cloves(10g)
  • 61 tablespoon fresh oregano(2g)
  • 72 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil(27g)
  • 82 teaspoon balsamic glaze(12g)
  • 90.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
  • 100.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.5g)
  • 1180 g stracciatella cheese (optional)(80g)

Instructions

  1. 1Wash and cube the tomatoes.
  2. 2Wash the basil leaves and finely chop them.
  3. 3Peel and finely dice half a Spanish onion.
  4. 4In a bowl, combine the cubed tomatoes, chopped basil, and diced onion.
  5. 5Peel the garlic cloves and crush them in a mortar with fresh oregano and a dash of olive oil to make a paste.
  6. 6Toast the bread slices until golden.
  7. 7Rub the toasted bread with the garlic-oregano paste.
  8. 8Drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil over the bread.
  9. 9Spoon the tomato mixture over the bread slices.
  10. 10Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  11. 11Optionally, top with stracciatella cheese.
  12. 12Serve immediately.
