Instructions
- 1Melt unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- 2Add all-purpose flour and whisk until smooth, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
- 3Gradually pour in beef or chicken stock, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
- 4Add pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
