Ingredients

  • 112 oz spaghetti(340g)
  • 21 lb ground beef(454g)
  • 31 tbsp olive oil(14g)
  • 41 small onion(70g)
  • 53 cloves garlic(9g)
  • 62 cups beef broth(480g)
  • 71 cup heavy cream(240g)
  • 81 can diced tomatoes with juices(284g)
  • 91 tsp paprika(2.3g)
  • 101 tsp Italian seasoning(1.8g)
  • 110.5 tsp salt(2.8g)
  • 120.5 tsp black pepper(1g)
  • 132 cups shredded cheddar cheese(226g)
  • 141 cup shredded mozzarella cheese(112g)
  • 151 to taste parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. 3Add the onion and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. 4Pour in the beef broth, heavy cream, and diced tomatoes. Add paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. 5Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.
  6. 6Add the cooked spaghetti and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
  7. 7Stir in the cheddar cheese and half of the mozzarella until melted and creamy.
  8. 8Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella over the top and cook for 2–3 minutes until melted.
  9. 9Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
