Creamy Cheesy Beef Spaghetti Skillet
Ingredients
- 112 oz spaghetti(340g)
- 21 lb ground beef(454g)
- 31 tbsp olive oil(14g)
- 41 small onion(70g)
- 53 cloves garlic(9g)
- 62 cups beef broth(480g)
- 71 cup heavy cream(240g)
- 81 can diced tomatoes with juices(284g)
- 91 tsp paprika(2.3g)
- 101 tsp Italian seasoning(1.8g)
- 110.5 tsp salt(2.8g)
- 120.5 tsp black pepper(1g)
- 132 cups shredded cheddar cheese(226g)
- 141 cup shredded mozzarella cheese(112g)
- 151 to taste parsley (optional)
Instructions
- 1Cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- 3Add the onion and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- 4Pour in the beef broth, heavy cream, and diced tomatoes. Add paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- 5Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.
- 6Add the cooked spaghetti and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
- 7Stir in the cheddar cheese and half of the mozzarella until melted and creamy.
- 8Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella over the top and cook for 2–3 minutes until melted.
- 9Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
