- 11 piece ready-made cake(400g)
- 21 cup milk(240g)
- 310 pieces Digestive biscuits(100g)
- 46 pieces cream cheese (Kiri)(108g)
- 52 cans thick cream (Gaimar)(250g)
- 61 can sweetened condensed milk(397g)
- 71 packet Dream Whip powder(36g)
- 81 cup shredded coconut(80g)
- 98 pieces Raffaello candies(96g)
Instructions
- 1Place the ready-made cake in a baking dish and soak it with milk.
- 2In a blender, add cream cheese, thick cream, Dream Whip powder, sweetened condensed milk, and shredded coconut. Blend until smooth.
- 3Break Raffaello candies into pieces and mix them into the cream mixture.
- 4Spread half of the cream mixture evenly over the soaked cake.
- 5Dip Digestive biscuits in milk and arrange them over the cream layer.
- 6Spread the remaining cream mixture evenly over the biscuits.
- 7Press shredded coconut on top and decorate with whole Raffaello candies.
- 8Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
