- 420 g vinegar(20g)
- 51 teaspoon salt(5g)
- 6280 g cold water(280g)
- 740 g olive oil(40g)
Instructions
- 1Place the bread, almonds, garlic, vinegar, salt, and cold water in a blender.
- 2Blend until a creamy consistency is achieved.
- 3Add the olive oil and blend for one more minute to emulsify.
- 4Serve cold. Traditionally, serve with grapes if desired.
