- 22 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
- 31 teaspoon Salt(6g)
- 40.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
- 51 teaspoon Garlic powder(3g)
- 61 teaspoon Paprika(2g)
- 72 cup Cooked rice(370g)
- 82 cup Steamed broccoli(180g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 2Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- 3Place chicken breasts on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- 4While the chicken is baking, prepare cooked rice and steam the broccoli.
- 5Serve baked chicken breasts with rice and steamed broccoli.
