  • 81 teaspoon Italian seasoning(2g)
  • 91 teaspoon onion powder(2g)
  • 101 teaspoon garlic powder(3g)
  • 111 teaspoon paprika(2g)
  • 120.5 teaspoon dried thyme(0.5g)
  • 132 tablespoon cornstarch(16g)
  • 142 tablespoon water(30g)
  • 151 teaspoon salt(6g)
  • 160.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 172 tablespoon fresh parsley(8g)

Instructions

  1. 1Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and thyme.
  2. 2Place the beef, onion, and garlic into the slow cooker.
  3. 3Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.
  4. 4Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning.
  5. 5Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours until the beef is fork-tender.
  6. 6Shred or break the beef into bite-sized pieces.
  7. 7Mix the cornstarch with water and stir it into the slow cooker to thicken the gravy.
