Slow Cooker Beef & Noodles

- 212 oz egg noodles(340g)
- 31 medium onion(110g)
- 43 clove garlic(9g)
- 54 cup beef broth(960g)
- 61 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce(15g)
- 71 tablespoon soy sauce(15g)
- 81 teaspoon Italian seasoning(2g)
- 91 teaspoon onion powder(2g)
- 101 teaspoon garlic powder(3g)
- 111 teaspoon paprika(2g)
- 120.5 teaspoon dried thyme(0.5g)
- 132 tablespoon cornstarch(16g)
- 142 tablespoon water(30g)
- 151 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 160.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 172 tablespoon fresh parsley(8g)
Instructions
- 1Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and thyme.
- 2Place the beef, onion, and garlic into the slow cooker.
- 3Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.
- 4Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning.
- 5Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours until the beef is fork-tender.
- 6Shred or break the beef into bite-sized pieces.
- 7Mix the cornstarch with water and stir it into the slow cooker to thicken the gravy.
- 8Cook the egg noodles separately until al dente.
- 9Add the cooked noodles to the slow cooker and gently toss with the beef and gravy.
- 10Simmer for 10–15 minutes so the noodles absorb the flavor.
- 11Garnish with chopped parsley and extra black pepper.
- 12Serve hot with crusty bread or a fresh salad.
