- 11 lb ground beef(454g)
- 20.5 cup diced onion(75g)
- 31 cup shredded cheddar cheese(113g)
- 40.25 cup diced pickles(35g)
- 52 tablespoon ketchup(34g)
- 61 tablespoon mustard(15g)
- 712 egg roll wrappers(240g)
- 8500 ml oil for frying(460g)
Instructions
- 1Brown beef with onions; drain fat. Stir in ketchup, mustard, pickles, and cheese.
- 2Place 2-3 tablespoons filling in wrappers. Roll and seal.
- 3Fry at 350°F (175°C) for 3-4 minutes.
- 4Dip in Thousand Island dressing.
