- 11 pound ground pork or chicken(454g)
- 24 green onions(60g)
- 34 garlic cloves(12g)
- 42 teaspoon fresh grated ginger(4g)
- 50.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.5g)
- 61 bag coleslaw mix(300g)
- 71 teaspoon sesame oil(4.5g)
- 83 tablespoon soy sauce(54g)
- 91 teaspoon sesame seeds(3g)
- 101 teaspoon Sriracha(5g)
Instructions
- 1Heat a large pan over medium-high heat and add a little oil.
- 2Add the ground pork to the pan. Break it up and brown it thoroughly.
- 3Drain the grease from the pork.
- 4Remove the green tops from the green onions. Thinly slice the white and light green parts.
- 5Add the sliced green onions, minced garlic cloves, and grated ginger to the pan with the pork. Sprinkle in a little black pepper.
- 6Stir everything together and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 7Add the bag of coleslaw mix to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- 8Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the coleslaw mix is softened, about 5 minutes.
- 9Add the sesame oil and soy sauce to the pan. Stir to combine.
- 10Cook for another 2-3 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- 11Serve in bowls. Top with sesame seeds, a drizzle of Sriracha if desired, and extra sliced green onions.
