  • 20.5 cup wheat flour(60g)
  • 32 egg(100g)
  • 46 clove garlic(18g)

Instructions

  1. 1Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise.
  2. 2Cover the chicken with plastic wrap and pound it with a kitchen mallet until thin.
  3. 3Place wheat flour in a bowl and coat the chicken breast pieces thoroughly.
  4. 4In another bowl, beat 2 eggs. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic, salt, paprika, black pepper, chopped parsley, and grated parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  5. 5Dip the floured chicken pieces into the egg mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
  6. 6Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  7. 7Fry the coated chicken pieces until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  8. 8In the same pan, add chicken broth, 3 more minced garlic cloves, a bit more parsley, and butter. Stir to combine.
  9. 9Squeeze half a lime into the sauce and mix.
  10. 10Return the fried chicken to the pan, spooning some of the sauce over the top. Simmer for a few minutes until heated through.
