Italian-Style Chicken Breast with Parmesan and Garlic

- 11 chicken breast(200g)
- 20.5 cup wheat flour(60g)
- 32 egg(100g)
- 46 clove garlic(18g)
- 51 teaspoon salt(6g)

- 90.5 cup parmesan cheese, grated(50g)

Instructions
- 1Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise.
- 2Cover the chicken with plastic wrap and pound it with a kitchen mallet until thin.
- 3Place wheat flour in a bowl and coat the chicken breast pieces thoroughly.
- 4In another bowl, beat 2 eggs. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic, salt, paprika, black pepper, chopped parsley, and grated parmesan cheese. Mix well.
- 5Dip the floured chicken pieces into the egg mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
- 6Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 7Fry the coated chicken pieces until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- 8In the same pan, add chicken broth, 3 more minced garlic cloves, a bit more parsley, and butter. Stir to combine.
- 9Squeeze half a lime into the sauce and mix.
- 10Return the fried chicken to the pan, spooning some of the sauce over the top. Simmer for a few minutes until heated through.
- 11Serve the chicken hot, garnished with extra sauce and parsley if desired.
