High-Protein Low-Carb Garlic Cheese Bread
Ingredients
- 14 egg whites(120g)
- 21 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella or protein cheese(100g)
- 31 teaspoon garlic powder(3g)
- 40.5 teaspoon oregano(1g)
- 50.25 teaspoon chilli flakes(0.5g)
- 60.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.5g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- 2Separate the eggs and place the whites in a mixing bowl.
- 3Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- 4Gently fold in the shredded cheese, garlic powder, oregano, chilli flakes, and black pepper.
- 5Spoon the mixture into small mounds on parchment paper.
- 6Air fry for 10–14 minutes, until puffed and golden.
- 7Let cool slightly before serving.
