Ingredients

  • 14 egg whites(120g)
  • 21 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella or protein cheese(100g)
  • 31 teaspoon garlic powder(3g)
  • 40.5 teaspoon oregano(1g)
  • 50.25 teaspoon chilli flakes(0.5g)
  • 60.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.5g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  2. 2Separate the eggs and place the whites in a mixing bowl.
  3. 3Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. 4Gently fold in the shredded cheese, garlic powder, oregano, chilli flakes, and black pepper.
  5. 5Spoon the mixture into small mounds on parchment paper.
  6. 6Air fry for 10–14 minutes, until puffed and golden.
  7. 7Let cool slightly before serving.
