Ingredients

  • 1200 g salmon fillet(200g)
  • 2150 g feta cheese(150g)
  • 3100 g cherry tomatoes(100g)
  • 450 g spinach(50g)
  • 52 garlic cloves(10g)
  • 62 tablespoon pesto(30g)
  • 72 tablespoon olive oil(27g)
  • 80.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
  • 90.25 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 10100 g pasta(100g)
  • 110.25 teaspoon chilli flakes(1g)
  • 121 tablespoon basil(2g)
  • 131 teaspoon oregano(2g)
  • 141 teaspoon lemon zest(2g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. 2Place salmon fillet, feta, cherry tomatoes, spinach, and garlic cloves on a baking tray.
  3. 3Drizzle with olive oil and pesto. Season with salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings (chilli flakes, basil, oregano, lemon zest).
  4. 4Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. 5Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions.
  6. 6Remove tray from oven and mix contents together.
  7. 7Combine baked mixture with cooked pasta and serve.
