- 1200 g salmon fillet(200g)
- 2150 g feta cheese(150g)
- 3100 g cherry tomatoes(100g)
- 450 g spinach(50g)
- 52 garlic cloves(10g)
- 62 tablespoon pesto(30g)
- 72 tablespoon olive oil(27g)
- 80.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 90.25 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 10100 g pasta(100g)
- 110.25 teaspoon chilli flakes(1g)
- 121 tablespoon basil(2g)
- 131 teaspoon oregano(2g)
- 141 teaspoon lemon zest(2g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 180°C.
- 2Place salmon fillet, feta, cherry tomatoes, spinach, and garlic cloves on a baking tray.
- 3Drizzle with olive oil and pesto. Season with salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings (chilli flakes, basil, oregano, lemon zest).
- 4Bake for 30 minutes.
- 5Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions.
- 6Remove tray from oven and mix contents together.
- 7Combine baked mixture with cooked pasta and serve.
