- 11 cup soya chunks(80g)
- 24 taco shells(60g)
- 30.5 onion(60g)
- 41 tomato(100g)
- 50.5 bell pepper(75g)
- 62 clove garlic(6g)
- 71 tablespoon olive oil(13.5g)
- 81 tablespoon taco seasoning(7g)
- 90.5 cup lettuce(25g)
Instructions
- 1Soak the soya chunks in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
- 2Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 3Add chopped onion, garlic, bell pepper, and tomato. Sauté until softened.
- 4Add the soaked soya chunks and taco seasoning. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring to combine.
- 5Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
- 6Fill each taco shell with the soya chunk mixture and top with shredded lettuce.
- 7Serve immediately.
