Ingredients

  • 11 cup soya chunks(80g)
  • 24 taco shells(60g)
  • 30.5 onion(60g)
  • 41 tomato(100g)
  • 50.5 bell pepper(75g)
  • 62 clove garlic(6g)
  • 71 tablespoon olive oil(13.5g)
  • 81 tablespoon taco seasoning(7g)
  • 90.5 cup lettuce(25g)

Instructions

  1. 1Soak the soya chunks in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3Add chopped onion, garlic, bell pepper, and tomato. Sauté until softened.
  4. 4Add the soaked soya chunks and taco seasoning. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring to combine.
  5. 5Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
  6. 6Fill each taco shell with the soya chunk mixture and top with shredded lettuce.
